At 40 years old, with 15 years of dedicated experience, Harish possesses a rare and specialized expertise within our workshop: the mastery of Jodhpuri goat leather. While cowhide demands strength, goat leather requires an artisan who understands its unique, lightweight nature and distinct, beautiful grain.
Harish’s true artistry is revealed in his finishing process. He begins his work with pure, raw, sun-tanned hides—a pale, unrefined canvas. Using a traditional, proprietary blend of natural oils, Harish meticulously hand-rubs each piece, coaxing the leather to reveal its deep, vibrant color and incredibly soft, supple touch
Yashoda
Barmer, Rajasthan·36 years of craft
Yashoda does not simply decorate our leather; she weaves the very soul of Rajasthan into it. Now 50 years old, Yashoda first picked up a needle at the age of 14. For 36 years, her hands have kept alive the intricate, vibrant tradition of local Kashida embroidery—a skill passed down from mother to daughter for generations.
